"Order was accurate, just one tiny difference"
I ordered a mixed bouquet from napervilleflorist.com, and it showed up really close to what I picked online. The colors matched well, and the card message was printed correctly, which is always the part I get nervous about.
The only small thing was that the vase looked a bit different than the picture, but it was still nice and close enough that I didn’t mind. Overall, I was happy with the order and would use them again

"Pretty flowers, but not quite what I expected"
The flowers were fresh and the colors were really pretty, so I’ll give them that. But the arrangement looked smaller and not as full as the photo online, which was a little disappointing. It also didn’t feel as nicely put together as I expected for the price. The extra fancy packaging felt kind of unnecessary when the bouquet itself didn’t really match the picture. Not terrible, just hoped for a bit more.

I ordered flowers for my mom and she called me almost right away to say how they were. I didn’t get to see them myself, but she sounded so happy, so that was enough for me. Delivery showed up on time too. I had reached out with a quick question and support basically said, “No worries, we’ll make sure it gets there as scheduled,” and they did. Really happy with the experience

I didn’t overthink it, the flower colors caught my eye right away and I figured, yep, these are the ones. The bloom choices were really nice and made it easy to choose quickly.

I ordered flowers from napervilleflorist.com and was really happy with how easy it was to customize everything. I liked being able to choose the colors, add my own note, and make the bouquet feel a little more personal instead of just picking something standard. I got these flowers for my mom’s birthday, they were exactly the kind of cheerful, arrangement I was hoping for. "Nice packaging and everything looked tidy"
I ordered flowers from napervilleflorist.com the packaging was nice overall. When it arrived, nothing looked crushed or thrown around, which I always worry about with flower deliveries (especially when they’re a gift).
The wrapping was simple, but in a good way, and the flowers were arranged nicely enough that it still felt thoughtful and a little special. The card was tucked in neatly too, which I appreciated (small detail, but it matters).
The only minor thing was the outside box could’ve looked a bit cleaner since there was a small dent on one side. It didn’t ruin anything though, and the presentation was still good. I’d give it 4 stars

I had a quick question about my order, and I’m glad I reached out because they got back to me really fast. I didn’t want to make a big deal out of it, but they were super helpful and kept everything simple, which made the whole thing easy to deal with.

There was a little issue with the delivery time, which seemed like something got missed on their end, but they responded fast and took care of it without making it a whole thing. The flowers still looked really nice, so in the end I was happy with how they handled it

Ordering from napervilleflorist.com was mostly fine, like I got through it and everything, but the checkout process felt a little slower than I expected. I kept going back to double check the delivery details because something about the page wasn’t super clear to me, and I didn’t want to mess up the address or timing.
The payment did go through without any problem, and I got the confirmation email, so in the end it was all okay. It just wasn’t the smoothest checkout experience, kind of one of those “wait, did I do that right?” moments, but it worked out.

They had to substitute some of the flowers, which I was a little unsure about at first, but... it still turned out really pretty. Looked fresh and put together, so I was happy with it.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but the vase was actually nicer than I thought it would be and felt sturdy. I added chocolates and a balloon too, and both showed up fine. It wasn’t absolutely perfect or anything, but overall I was happy with it and would probably use them again
